End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Vocalis

1. Introduction

By downloading, installing, or using Vocalis ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement.

2. License Grant

Vocalis is licensed, not sold. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited lifetime license to download, install, and use the Software on your personal macOS devices.

3. Restrictions

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software are and will remain the exclusive property of Vocalis.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

6. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Software means you accept those changes.
