Lifetime License
Vocalis operates on a one-time purchase basis for a lifetime license. This means you pay once and retain access to the software indefinitely. All pricing and terms for this lifetime license are clearly displayed on our website and within the app.
Refund Requests
If you believe that you qualify for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your request. All refund requests must include your original purchase receipt, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
Eligibility for Refund

30-Day Refund Window
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of your lifetime license purchase. After this 30-day period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend testing our services thoroughly during this 30-day period (or utilizing any available free trial) to ensure the application meets your requirements before the window closes.
Important: You have exactly 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund. After 30 days, your lifetime license purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.
Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your lifetime license will be immediately revoked, and the refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
